Processing , Shipping and Delivery Times

Why does it take 3-7 business days for processing?
Our Wall Decals are all made to order.  Because of this, we need time to process and create your decals according to your specifications. (size, color and/or directional requests).  If you need your decals processed faster than our standard processing time, we offer Rush Processing for your convenience at a nominal fee.

What is Rush Processing and why would I get it?
Rush Processing is available for an additional 15% of your subtotal and guarantees that your Wall Decals are made and shipped out no later than the very next business day.  Rush Processing is optional and can be found on the checkout page.
Please note:  Rush Processing does not mean expedited delivery.  If you need expedited shipping, it is also available at checkout under the shipping methods option.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes!  We ship via UPS within the Continental United States.  Once your order has been processed for shipping, you will receive a separate email from UPS with your tracking information to the email address you provide us. 
Please note:  There is NO tracking information available on International orders as USPS does NOT provide this service.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

We offer a 30 Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Please view the details of our return and exchange policies.

What happens if my Wall Decal is damaged in transit?
We will replace decals that are damaged in transit. Just contact us and let us know!  Please hang on to your damaged package, as UPS may need to inspect it for insurance and claims purposes.
